Probably a great value if you’re traveling with a larger group; not so great for solo or couple.
Hosts were pleasant and accommodating to my surly, post-flight mood. Security deposit was quickly and happily returned upon departure.
Not a big fan of the last-minute cash security deposit. My fault for not reading the fine-print before showing up, but for a visiting traveler, it felt a bit like a shake-down. Especially after security down-stairs demands to hang onto your passport in order to get a visitor badge for the building. Not sure how I missed this during booking, but I somehow got the false impression that this was a hotel room, not someone’s open condo. Lots of bugs in the kitchen, but this could just be a Manila thing at night. Master shower is extremely low-flow, and extremely slippery.

On paper seemed very nice but did not meet my expectations to the the quality that was displayed
The room was large and had enough space and was in an area where food and gracey store was near by.
When I originally book this condo online I read reviews and read that was clean, quiet, had everything that I could need. So I booked this condo for my stay of roughly 20 days. When I arrived, I waited for the host to meet me, and she was friendly and kind. She informs me that while my stay there the rooms arent meant have guest stay and that I'm am a visitor for the owner of the room I stayed in. In addition I was handed a separate set of rules that were not disclosed to on booking.com which and did not fit on how the original reviews were written. In the kitchen, there was a stove, microwave, fridge, hot plate, vent duct and kettle. I was told that the stove does NOT work and that the gas tank for the stove is to remain empty, and that the hot plate is to be used for cooking. In the separate rules it mentions that we are unable to use the stove but online states a stove is included, however did not say if funtional. The condo was nice and looked clean, how ever the condo has cockaroaches that were seen running around. There were traps and repellents around the apartment but to say they are clean and seeing roaches run around and seen in some of the cups and plates left me uneasy and had to clean the dishes before use. Online it started that they also have set items for entertainment such as movies and books, there was none aside from one dvd inside the player. the AC unit seemed to be smaller than the hole that was cut for it and extra space was sealed using piece of wood and sealant which did not help to keep any outside noise from coming in. Most night from any room the noises from outside will wake you up and the main road is next to the condo. If you plan to stay and rent a vehicle do not expect to park on site. When I had a vehicle, scooter, I asked to park I the spot that I was able to use, but was told I cannot and parked in an offsite place that is not connected with the condo, and offered no security aside from a family that lived near by.

This is not a place for people to sleep.
It is presumed to be a cockroach habitat. When you open the sink, cockroach bodies and secretions are crying out. It is the first time I have ever lived and used cockroach habitat as accommodation. There were so many roll roaches that I could not sleep, and all the appliances in the room were very dirty and dusty. If you are quiet for a few minutes, cockroaches crawl all over the place. A certain lady rubs her feet in the morning and cleans her in the morning.

I highly recommend this place for it offers good place for affordable price
The place is very cozy which makes us really comfortable. My parents were so happy about the place for it has good interior design and beautiful view in the balcony. It’s an instant family time for us to relax and unwind eventhough we rent this unit for other purposes. Also, the beds are really comfortable so we had a goodnight sleep.
The building was a bit old so it was kind of creepy but once we get inside the unit, the scary feeling disappeared.
